Vision

I am a writer, impact producer and emerging film director. I have always been a screen lover, stealing time to watch the American films on the colour TV, attending film festivals in my university days to catch new works by filmmakers, even organising a film competition! I had a vision of creating my own films in 2015 and after many years of shaping, the idea is now realised. The production company was to be named EQn Activation. In 2023, I set up EQn Activation Film Studios in Sydney with a vision to create, produce and direct experiential films, stories with impact momentum no matter how small. I want to tell stories using XR technology so that the film experience can be further extended to real life where viewers could attend a live event (virtual or in-person). I coined the term, having the EQn*.

Investigative Journalism

I’ve worked with The Reel Media (CNA, The Guardian, SkyNews) & Image Farm Productions (Goode Films) as a driver, researcher, writer, fixer, sound recordist and field producer for international media and broadcasters.

*What is EQn? We all have an experiential quotient. An infinite number of unique experiences make us who we are. I coined this term in 2015 while thinking about the sum of my own life and even if I had nothing, my experiences are my own, and no one could take that from me. Now what if I could translate some of that into film?
